I spent the next thirty or so kilometres cycling through continuous rain. Feeling chilled, and with an empty stomach, I decided to look for a cafe. Coming across a bus shelter full of people, I asked where I might find a cafe, to be told ‘Here! Here’. Sure enough, it was a cafe. (from "Against the Wind" - Poolbeg Press)
