Yasu, our friend, has the luck of the Irish!
Chris, Jane, B.Durbin, Adam, Naomi (signatures on my
helmet)
The Durbin family’s cheers and laughter followed as I
resumed my journey. I always felt that I wanted to stay with
the people I was with. But now, turning right and starting to
freewheel downhill, the place and the people I had stayed
with vanished, only to be stored as fond memories in my
heart. This was always, always the case. I had felt it
innumerable times on this trip. Still, there was nothing to be
gained by dwelling on the sadness of parting. The only thing
to do was to press on. (from "Against the Wind" - Poolbeg Press)
