Con Moriarty heard me on the Gerry Ryan Show just before climbing Carrantuohill. He told me that he owns a outdoor shop in Killarney and he would provide me with any necessary equipments for replacement. After climbing Carrantuohill, my boots's soles were completely destroyed and I rushed into his shop, Sport Corran Tuathail. Lauren Williams, Con's partner, came to see me and arranged a pair of excellent Zamberlan climbing boots for me. I also got Lowe Alpine's high performance climbing jacket, windproof fleece and light weight trekking trouser thanks to Lowe Alpine's great generosity.
